New Class Additions

Hello!
Two of my Omadawn time slots have moved to Sensui Spa, just a block away from the old Omadawn site, at 1350 PCH. Classes are on Monday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am. The classes average 75 minutes and the first one is free. Come join us!
Also, donation class at Seal Beach Pier on Sunday at 10am. We had a great time last week and it was so much fun to have a class outdoors.

Class Schedule

For the past two years I have been honored to be a part of the Omadawn family. Since the studio will close on Sunday I am posting my schedule here so we can continue to practice together. Check back for class and time changes.

Monday: 4pm Yoga Sculpt, yoga flow with hand weights (not heated)  
                at the Belmont Athletic Club in Long Beach (membership based) 

Tuesday: 6:15pm Level 2 (heated class around 90-95) at Ra Yoga in Costa Mesa
                7:30pm Level 1 (less heat, in the 80's) at Ra

Wednesday: 5pm Level 2 (heated) at Ra
                     6:45pm Yogalates (this particular class gets really hot) at Ra

Saturday: 4pm Yogalates, yoga flow with a lot of abs (heated) at Ra
                5:30pm Level 2 (heated) at Ra

Sunday: 4pm Intro to Level 2 (heated) at Ra
              5:30pm Yoga Strength, yoga flow with hand weights added (heated) at Ra

Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop at Omadawn Yoga Studio October 22, 2-4pm

Please join me at Omadawn yoga studio for a fun afternoon of arm balances and inversions! We will cover a lot of information in this two hour session including hip opening and twisting arm balancing poses, forearm balances, and different versions of headstand.
